Staff training and education    
It is not enough to develop infrastructure if no further support is provided. Education and training are the spear-heads of BCEOM's action, designed to bring people together and help them to communicate and move forward in concert.
Our expertise
     

BCEOM has built up a multi-disciplinary team comprising engineers, technicians and trainers capable of designing, organising, implementing and assessing training and support actions and devising and producing educational support material.

BCEOM also develops specific activities relating to the theme of education and training (educational engineering, institutional reform of education, financing and economic analysis of educational programmes, etc.).

  

Our expertise

Activities relating to projects for which training is an important accompanying measure. BCEOM endeavours systematically to include a skills transfer component in its technical proposals in all sectors of its activity: transport, water, energy, environment and institutional support.

Activity for projects dedicated to Education and Training which either concern providing institutional technical assistance to supervisory ministries, or educational aspects such as reviewing programmes, strengthening primary, secondary and university cycles, promoting education for girls, etc.
